The risks of dehydration

Water loss of greater than 11% of body weight is very dangerous, and can cause renal failure and / or incapacity of the blood volume to circulate normally but, even without reaching the limit of vital resistance, dehydration can cause many serious health problems.

It must be also borne in mind that Infants, the elderly, pregnant women, athletes and people undergoing physical exertion or obliged to work in warm environments are groups at risk of dehydration.
